Our skillets weigh in around 7.5lbs, making them the lightest weight cast iron skillets of their size. Each Lancaster No. 12 comes pre-seasoned and ready to make meals and memories in your kitchen. We designed the No. 12 to be durable, yet more reactive to heat than other cast iron skillets. Our iconic design includes a stout handle making it easy to hold and smooth pour spouts for easy pouring. All of our cast iron is made in and around Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We work exclusively with locally-owned and operated businesses for our casting and machining. Each cast iron skillet is inspected multiple times and seasoned with two coats of grapeseed oil before being shipped to your home.
